HORIZONTAL PUMP PACKAGE (HPP)

The purpose of the horizontal pump package is fluid injection into wells for oil reservoir repressuring, and utilization of associated water.

Horizontal pumping system (HPS) is designed for the arrangement of objects of oil, gas and related industries, namely for pumping liquids of various compositions and chemical properties. It is characterized by mobility and low metal consumption. It has minimum requirements for the foundation. It is equipped with mechanical seals and a magnetic coupling, with the possibility of inlet pressure values up to 20 MPa. Due to its design, it allows replacing the pumping section to a section with a different head-flow characteristic.

Features

A pumping section with working parts made of high-strength corrosion-resistant “ni-resist” cast iron or stainless steel;
High-strength and high-precision pumping section shafts are made of stainless steel or “K-monel” alloy
Pump radial bearings are made of zirconium carbide or tungsten carbide and silicon carbide
Mechanical seals, including dual ones, allow for the system tightness at pump suction pressure of up to 4.0 MPa
A thrust chamber with a forced oil cooling system
Pump packages with frequency converters have a specialized electric motor with a permissible frequency range of 30–70 Hz
Pump packages are provided with three phase induction motors with a speed of 3000 rpm, voltage of 380 V, 660 V or 3.0/6.0/10.0 kV, protection degree IP-54; and complete with bearings by leading manufacturers. At the client’s request, the motor can be provided with front and rear bearings temperature detectors, stator temperature detectors, and explosion protection degree can be 1ExdIIBT4.
