WATER INJECTION DISTRIBUTION MANIFOLD (WIDM)
The purpose of the water injection distribution manifold (WIDM) is to distribute liquid among injection wells of the oil reservoir repressuring system and to measure technical parameters as per the client’s technical assignment.
The manifold equipment enables the measuring of:
- liquid flow rate for each injection well
- water pressure at designated measurement locations
- water temperature at designated measurement locations.
PROCESS UNIT (PU)
Designed in the form of a shelter on the welded base (the base is made of a steel profile) with a sandwich panel fencing min. 50 mm thick. The unit is located under an inclined roof, the floor is constructed with a possibility to collect spilled water and dispose of it outside the PU.
The process unit structure includes:
- Discharge (common) header
- Pressure water conduits
- Drain system with a drain header
- Shut-off and control valves for the header, water conduits and drain system
- Instrumentation (in the header and water conduits)
At the client’s request, the process unit can be provided with the following systems:
- Lighting system
- Heating system with automatic temperature control (between +5 and +20°С)
- Ventilation system of both mechanical and natural types
- Gas alarm system
- Fire alarm system
- Security alarm system
AUTOMATION UNIT (AU)
Предназначен для размещения в нем силового электрического щита, вторичных приборов КИП и А, а также щита КИП и А. В базовой комплектации БА изготавливается в виде блок-бокса из сэндвич-панелей толщиной не менее 50 мм на сварном основании со скатной крышей. Designed to accommodate a power switchboard, secondary instruments and an instrumentation panel. In the standard configuration, the AU is designed as a shelter made of sandwich panels min. 50 mm thick on a welded base and with an inclined roof.
Based on the client’s technical assignment, the following parameters are considered:
- номинального рабочего давления;
- Rated operating pressure
- Quantity of pressure water conduits
- Nominal diameters of the header and pressure water conduits
- Quantity and scope of the shut-off and control valves
- Type and model of the water flowmeter
- Quantity and scope of instruments for the header and water conduits
