The Modular Cluster Pumping Station is a tailor-made building (shelter) on a rigid skid that includes a process room with a pump unit and process valves for the supply and discharge pipelines.

Kuper Ltd. has a successful experience of MCPS construction based on other manufacturers’ pumps. In particular, we successfully implemented a number of projects based on imported Sulzer pumps. We can construct an MCPS using pump equipment by any manufacturer.

Kuper Ltd. has technical capabilities to construct multiphase pumping stations (MPPS) for oil and emulsions transportation based on screw type pump packages.

The supply pipeline comprises a gate valve (motor-operated), flowmeter and strainers. The discharge pipeline comprises a check valve and a gate valve (motor-operated). If required, a bypass line can be provided. At the client’s request, the scope for the supply and discharge pipelines can be changed.
