Our technical support team provides site supervision, commissioning, start-up, maintenance and overhaul services for both domestic and foreign-made equipment. This is how we deliver to the client a product with a complete, end-to-end service. Our service team has all necessary tools, instruments, and its own vehicle park. Quick response to the client’s requests has always been our hallmark. For example, it takes between 2 to 12 hours for the service team to arrive in the Western Siberia or Tatarstan and between 1 to 3 days for the other parts of Russia and the rest of the world.
Our service engineers also inspect and assist in assembly at the client's site. Engineers also perform systems setup and preparatory works for start-up. The main task here is to ensure compliance with all process documentation for the supplied equipment.
