Pump equipment repair is an important part of Kuper’s business. We perform complete disassembly of pumps at our production site in Almetyevsk.
After disassembly, an inspection statement and a defect report are prepared, after which the actual scope of repair works can be determined.
The pump repair process includes the following activities:
1. Equipment acceptance.
2. Complete disassembly.
3. Washing and sandblasting.
4. Defect identification in parts and units.
5. Repair of equipment with defective parts replacement.
6. Assembly, adjustment and balancing.
7. Bench tests.
Bench tests are performed to make sure that actual characteristics of the pump meet the declared characteristics, namely:
-pump flow rate;
- pump head;
- pump efficiency;
- vibration;
- pump temperature.
Based on test results, the pump parameter testing report is issued by the commission, repair documentation is drawn up and entries are made in the operational passport. The pump unit is painted in corporate colors and delivered to the client.
All works are carried out with participation of the client’s representatives.
